You will receive an e-mail with your discount codes for the respective categories on our website promptly after your purchase. In addition, we will also enclose a written insert with your order, on which the discount codes are also noted. It is important to note that you must always be logged into your account for the discount codes to be valid.
The codes are deactivated for all special promotion periods such as company anniversaries, iosonotonino birthday specials and Black Friday. Please note that already reduced items are excluded from the VIP Club benefits at all times.
Scope and term
- Membership of the iosonotonino VIP Club is limited to one year from the date of conclusion of the contract and ends automatically at the end of this period without renewal.

Conditions
- The welcome gift is issued once at the start of membership.
- Items that have already been reduced are also excluded from the promotion.
- If the code violates these rules, orders will be cancelled immediately.
- The codes can only be used if you are logged in. It is forbidden to pass on the codes, as they are only linked to the individually registered person.
- The value of the welcome gift cannot be refunded if the membership is cancelled or expires.
Cancellation of membership
- It is not necessary to cancel your membership, as it expires automatically after one year.
- Members can re-register for the club after their current membership has expired.
Data protection and personal data
- iosonotonino undertakes to treat the personal data of members in accordance with the applicable data protection laws GDPR.
- Members agree that their personal data may be used for the purposes of membership.
Changes to the terms and conditions
- iosonotonino reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of club membership. Changes will be announced at least 5 days in advance.
Exclusion of liability
- iosonotonino is not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit in connection with membership.
Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
- This membership agreement is governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
